In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So Kalani thought that on Fridays she would take it easy on posting, too. On her blog she’ll ask a simple question for us to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. Then if we would like to participate, we can do the same.
I am again participating this week. And my question is: HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT? I am just curious :)

6 to 8 depending on the schedule with an occassional 10 tossed in for pure sloth.
well I don't know maybe 5 to 6 depending on the kids..lol and if I am reading a good book
6 hrs. But i'm the kind of person who needs 8. at least...
Hi, I just found your blog. It looks happy : ) I can't wait to look around! I sleep for 6-7 hours, but only with the help of Tylenol PM. I can't go to sleep without it! Otherwise I just lay there and think and think and think of all the things I have to do the next day and the next thing you know, it's morning. ICK :)
Since I have had kids I am lucky if I get 4-6 hours at night and it is not uninterrupted.
Have a nice weekend :)
I usually shoot for seven, but often get six or six point five. Interesting article on this said sleeping over seven hours per evening takes time off one's life. Cannot remember where I read it, but it stuck with me.
God bless.
PS: And, yes, I would be honored if you link me for WW on Mr. Linky? Hmm . . . :)
I normally get 6 -8 hours of sleep.
Not nearly as many as I should, that's for sure. Lately it's around 5 or 6.
3-6 ( 6 if I am lucky). I have issues turning my brain off.
at least 8...it's pretty nice...no kids, yet. So, until the kids come...I'm going to enjoy the sleep while I can. :)
6 on a good night. :-)
I usually sleep around 5 to 6 hours. On weekends probably longer.
Total or at a time? Total about 6 hours if I'm lucky. 2-3 at a time. We have a new baby in the house. There is no such thing as sleep.
I have a running conversation with one of my students that I sleep too much. She says 6 hours in more than anyone needs, but I usually sleep 8-9. Any less and I quickly become unable to function properly. I get clumsy, forget things and my mood suffers to. Why do I feel like I need to defend so much sleep (compared to others)?! I really don't know how people function on anything less then 7!
Not enough ~ that's for sure! It ranges between 4 and 6, but I really NEED at least 7.
