Aloha Friday

I have so much to be thankful for but too busy to post last night so I missed the "Thankful Thursday" carnival. But then comes "Aloha Friday". I thought it would be nice to make it simple and just ask you to write in the comment section one thing you are thankful for for this week. I will start with one here and maybe I'd just keep on adding as the day goes on. For the comments - one thing to be thankful for is good enough but if you want more, go ahead :)

I am thankful for my daughter N. She's been sick but she still has a sweet spirit. What one thing are you thankful for?

To find out more about Aloha Friday, and to visit other participants, go to An Island Life.

so many things to be thankful for. but as i sit here, the first thing that came to mind was the fact that my daughter's coming home tomorrow and will be spending the weekend with us.

One thing that comes to mind is access to healthcare. I'm thankful for that, and of course, most of all, for my children.

I'm thankful for summer. My son will be starting kindergarten on the 18th, and these last few days before he goes "out into the world" are precious to me!

I am thankful that nothing seems to be wrong with my oldest son after a huge scare Wednesday night.

Have a great weekend!

This summer, I have been so thankful for my new blogging related businesses. (blog design and advertising). My husbands landscaping business has been slow, as people are putting their money in their gas tanks, and it feels good to be able to contribute. God is so faithful to provide!

PS, I loved your comment on Island Life!

I am definitely thankful for a father who's excited about spending time with his grandson all night tonight so my husband and I can go on a date to celebrate our anniversary - and of course thankful to be celebrating our anniversary in general. :)

My sister. She is the primary caregiver for our 86 years old mother and I love and appreciate her more than words can say.

I am thankful continually for the way God blesses me. He is always there. Never leaves nor foresakes me and never tires of listening to me.

I am thankful for Liza, my son's blogger who has helped us gradually mourn the death of our son by writing a beautiful blogsite in his honor. Liza's saved our breaking hearts with her compassionate and sensitive posts. We love you Liza. You are awesome.
