Sunday Scribblings: Hospital

The word "hospital" evokes so many different emotions depending on what situation we're in and where we're at in our lives. It can evoke fear and anxiety; sadness, and joy....

HOSPITAL

The results of tests were all positive
She has cancer and treatment is a must
She'll be in and out of the hospital
Radiation, consultation, chemotherapy,
Anxiety abounds...

He's been lying in hospital bed for weeks
The motorcycle accidental was bad
Suddenly they heard the beep
He's gone, the heart beat stopped, he's gone
Sadness is all around...

On the 9th floor, a baby cries
A cry of a new born son
The parents are ecstatic
Grandparents are beyond themselves
A new life has come...

How wonderful that you're able to write of the triumphs and the tragedies. Nicely done.
