Who Can Separate Us From The Love Of God? No One! Nothing Could!

Your Love Is Deep
Song written and sung by Jami Smith

Your love is deep
Your love is high
Your love is long
Your love is wide

Deeper than my view of grace
Higher than this worldly place
Longer than this road I travel
Wider than the gap You filled

Who shall separate us
Who shall separate us from Your love
Nothing can separate us
Nothing can separate us from Your love

Romans 8:28-39

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first-born among any brethren; and whom He predestined, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Who will bring a charge against God's elect? God is the one who justifies; who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Just as it is written, "For Thy sake we are being put to death all day long; we were considered as sheep to be slaughtered." But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Woke up at 4:30 this morning and bloghopped. I was frantically trying to find a post that would relieve me of an anxiety that I was feeling when I woke up. Click! Click! Click! I was going from one blog to another and the anxiety was still there.

This song "Your Love Is Deep" by Jami Smith is on top of my car playlist. I sing this at the top of my voice (and lungs, or throat) while driving to and from work. Thankfully I am alone in the car and thankfully I have AC in my car so no one else is to suffer from hearing my "joyful noise".

I was looking for this song video for a long time. I had searched YouTube several times before but it wasn't there. Well, this morning, after going from one blog to another and not finding what I need, I decided to go to YouTube again and search this song. Lo and behold - it was there!

Oh, I am ending this post now and will sing this song again (for the nth time). I hope everyone enjoys this as much as I do. Have a wonderful day!

*** This is my entry for Then Sings My Soul Saturday.

Blessings Liza....
1st I LOVE THIS SONG TOO!
2nd...I get so frustrated when I can't find a song on YouTube or GodTube
3rd...why are you suffering anxiety?

I pray that this song helps you. I wish that I would have been online when you were searching for prayer
or words of God from someone. I'm not very discerning or wise but generally the Holy Spirit gives me what I need to inspire or encourage or pray for a special someone like you! (maybe if I go back and read what you've been going through I'll understand). Let me know how I can pray or help. Did you go read at Nancie's?

Liza...You know that nothing can separate you from God or His Love!
You know God's love is deep, high, long & wide. Thanks for showing me that you even know scripture verses like Romans.

4th Music usually aides me when I'm anxious...walking...dancing to the Lord...even a memory walk to CHICAGO...then I take deep breathes
Of course, I scramble to the Word of God searching for the Holy Comforter & Counselor to enlighten(the problem is, I usually get depressing verses) so I keep my
Father's Love Letter handy. It's at the bottom of my blog!!! These verses really encourage me. If
not I go to my Who Am I in Christ verses to build me up! Write me if you want me to send you these so I have your email. Mine is in the upper right corner of sidebar.

5th...I hope you brought home some
of my AWARDS for you & your blog!
My week was full of them...it was
Award week at my place...but be sure you bring home INSPIRATION!

With the love you showed Emily and
others in the past, I know that God wants to pour His love back into you...because you flow in His love and it flows from you to others.
Enjoy TSMSS! May our Lord set you free from the anxiety that woke you
