Four baskets of laundry folded while watching Bridget Jones Diary. Not bad. An accomplishment of sort actually. I can hear my self talking with a "British accent" as I am typing this. A Filipina tongue with a British accent - yeah, right - in my dreams!
I love love stories. Sleepless In Seattle is one of my most favorite.
I wanted to post a detailed post about friendship, parenting, marriage, blah, blah, blah. I will one of these days - I promise I will. But for now, maybe a bit here and there.
Work is well - busy but not too hectic. I love it that I am never bored at work. I love it that my boss (or bosses) trust me, listens to my opinion, and considers my suggestion. I love it that I get along with my co-workers. I love my job - this makes being a "working mom" a lot easier - because I'm blessed with a job and employer like what I have.
Procrastination - I am a master of this. Got to do my list and tackle them one by one. I need to refill my thyroid pill; I need to call my mom-in-law to see how she's doing; I also want to call my family in the Philippines.
My son's birthday is coming soon. We should have sent out the invite for his party but still haven't. Have I told you I procrastinate?
If two people are in love when they get married, why is marriage such a hard work?
Friendships are such a sweet thing. Good friends are truly gifts from above.
Lord, I pray for my kids ... for protection, guidance, good future, good health ...and above all for a passion for you and an intimate personal relationship with you. May you always be real in their lives.
Have you read the book "The Shack" yet? Hubby brought me a copy about a week or two ago - I still have not read it. I finished reading Chris Tomlin's book first. It was great.
I miss our former neighbors - the Sowers and the Archers.
I love mangoes. Our neighbors gave us some, and he said he'll give us some more!
I have 5 minutes left before I go to bed and sleep.
I am so glad I know Jesus. I would be lost without Him.
Good night.

Marriage is such hard work because we are SUCH imperfect beings!!LOL We have the ability to mess up anything we touch!
I pray for my children, too, every day.
I really do wonder why marriage is such hard work sometimes. It really is!
I would not let my feet hit the floor in the morning without praying first. I would fear to begin a day without this prayer for my family. Also before I fall asleep at night.
But then I am a mom and grandma and live alone so it is easier.
Oh, I just discovered mango's and love them.
Thanks for the comment on my journal. I look forward to any feedback you can offer.
