Date Last Night

Hubby took me out to an impromptu date last night. We went to eat dinner at Stella Blues. We had a wonderful time. Amazingly, he asked me about how my blogging is doing. Even more amazing is how supportive and encouraging he was about my blogging. To those of you who didn't know - my hubby was against my blogging a few months back (I mean he hated my blogging back then). There was a time when I changed the format of my blog to appease my hubby. Now, he likes my blog (even though I returned to my old format - the mommy blog). Lesson learned: people can change their attitude about something. In marriage, we need to learn the fine art of "understanding and compromise". In the end it's a "win-win" situation.
