Liza: (uhmmmm...unsure how to answer) Yes....not everyday, but we do read it on our own regulary....
Tatay: (In Tagalog) I have been re-reading the Old Testament lately and it's amazing how even though I have it a couple of times already, I still get something new everytime I read it. Here's an example. Have you read these verses yet?
He pointed me to Hagai Chapter 1 verse 5:
5Now therefore, thus says the LORD of hosts, "Consider your ways!
6"You have (G)sown much, but harvest little;
you eat, but there is not enough to be satisfied;
you drink, but there is not enough to become drunk;
you put on clothing, but no one is warm enough;
and he who earns, earns wages
to put into a purse with holes."
7Thus says the LORD of hosts,
"Consider your ways!
Yes, it's a subtle reminder to always put God first in our lives....* photo courtesy of Prolife
