Prayer

It is in times of adversities and hardships that our prayers become more sincere, our cries more desperate, our faith more real, our call more persevering and our trust and dependence total.... (exerpt from my journal, August 1993)

What arrogance it is for Christians to live a day without praying. Our Father in heaven is always waiting for us to talk to Him. His grace is always available if only we'd ask. His grace is sufficient if only we'd seek (excerpt from my journal, January 1994)

"And the Lord said to Moses, Is the Lord's power limited? Now you shall see wether my Word will come true or not for you.
" Numbers 11:23 (written in my journal on March 26, 1995)

Excellent....I love the thought, "what arrogance it is for Christians to live a day without praying". Apart from Jesus we are nothing.
Thanks for stopping by my place.
Have an awesome day.

I agree, excellent thought for all of us to think about. I find myself busy, and not spending time in honest prayer like I should!
