What To Say To A Grieving Friend...

I have shared with you about my blogging friend Beth losing her twin boys to a still birth.

Today, I feel the pain of her grieving as I read her post here. I wanted to say something but didn't know what... Then, I had these words to say, which I believe God led me to say to her:

It is not without a reason or purpose that the verse "JESUS WEPT" is written in the Bible. Jesus wept when Lazarus died even though Jesus knows He will raise him up from the dead. Jesus knows our sorrows. He felt it. He felt the pain of every grieving heart. Weep my friend if you need too. Jesus understands. And like Lazarus, your twin baby boys will be raise to be with us all when all of us believers go to heaven. As another Bible verse says "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning".

When you have a friend who's grieving, please remind them that it's ok to weep. Jesus did.

last weekend our newly wed couple friend just got a sad news, their unborn baby of 2.5 months when checked didn't have any heartbeat.

please also include Gina and Caloy in your prayers.

Oh my goodness! How incredibly sad. I have a dear friend who has had 6 miscarriages. It's so hard to watch her walk through the pain. Her faith is strong though and she loves God.

Thank you for the reminder of that precious verse!

What sweet comfort you must be to those people in a very trying situation.

I really like this post. You're right! Jesus knows how we feel when we go through painful experiences such as losing someone dear to us. :)
