13 Healthy Snacks I Like To Eat



I don't really eat all these regularly but these are the healthy snacks I like eating. I'm planning to really be good at snacking this year. Instead of junk food, the following will be the choice I'll make:

1. Boiled Edamame
2. Boiled Peanuts
3. Cashew Nuts
4. Blue Berries
5. Black Berries
6. Strawberries
7. Almond Nuts
8. Walnuts
9. Peacan Nuts
10. Green Apple
11. Boiled Egg
12. Yogurt
13. Carrot Sticks

I am looking for more healthy snacks suggestions.

Natural peanut butter mixed in a low fat whipping cream...GREAT dip! I love your snacks! Fruit and nuts are wonderful!

Great post! I love Luna bars. They've become my new fave. I eat a half of one for a snack, and it totally hits the spot.

Mmmmm....edamame! I've been nursing a sushi craving, and edamame is a great starter.

I also love hummus, especially as a dip for sliced mushrooms or celery sticks (but it's good on just about anything!) They sell 2 pound containers of it at Costco that are just perfect.

I'm an oddball--I liked sliced lemon for a snack. One or two slices take the edge off my hunger, quench my thirst, and leave me perky.

All yummy healthy snacks - the only other thing that I would add is grapes.

Luckily I love nuts! The only nut I don't care for are spanish peanuts. I am up too.

I just tried edamame yesterday - YUM! I'll be getting some of that on my next grocery trip!

I love nuts -- also sliced pears or apples, popcorn (unbuttered). Have you tried some cottage cheese with a little fruit? That's filling and tasty.

I love hard boiled eggs, yougurt and strawberries. Mmmmm, just an added bonus they are healthy!

Kashi makes these wonderful granola bars, my favorites are pumpkin spice and dark chocolate and cherry. They are full of fiber, and taste great.

Mango is another favorite!
