Women's Ministry Christmas Luncheon

I had a wonderful day yesterday. Busy but fun. I'd be blogging more about it later. My kid's school is having a Fair today and we'd be there the whole day. Since my kids will be in the "rides" most of the time, I think I'd bring my laptop so I can type there. We'll see if this plan works. In the meantime, i wanted to post these Women's Luncheon photos right away. It was a great event - our speakers, Toni and Kathy, are so inspiring. They talked about "Faith". I will add caption to these photos later. In the meantime I need to do some chores before my family wakes up!

Hi Liza,
I just checked out your blog. I have to say it impresses me. You are a Christian and that is awsome. (Me too). I'll try not to make this too long. Lately I have been feeling a little bluesy. You see, my son who is 16 suffers from a severe tourette syndrome along with severe OCD and severe ADD. He has been thru soooooooo much. When he was 10 he was diagnosed, and things went real down hill from there. He had to leave public school, and he now attends a school for kids with severe emotional difficulties. I can't tell you how many times I get told by moms how smart their children are. My son longs to have a normal life and it breaks my heart. He takes 24 pills a day. To sum this up, only thru my faith in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ have we gotten thru all this. He is better now, however everyday is a challenge. I love my son and if I could pick a son to by mine, I would choose him!!!:) God Bless you and your child.
