One Day At A Time

You guessed it right (ok, some of you guessed it right) - I am hyperventilating right now as i think of the hundred things I need to do. That is why I am reminding myself of blogger friend Jen's advice "One Day At A Time"....

It didn't help that we had an impromptu "dinner with our neighbor" last night. Please don't get me wrong - I absolutely love these new neighbors of ours. They are sooo wonderful and it's a blessing that they moved next to us. But you see, I had planned on doing some "organizing" or "planning of my week" last night... but by the time they left I was already exhausted and went to bed. I woke up "anxious".

It doesn't help that it's a Monday morning..and Monday morning is not my favorite time of the day. It's my least favorite.

I must end this post and do what I should be doing right now. I will spend time in prayer and cast all my cares upon Jesus....

I can completely relate your worrying about getting stuff done. I still have so much to accomplish and not near enough time to get it all done.

But it all does get done, somehow. You will get through it, with God's help!

You will get it all done, and if you don't, my guess is that the world will still spin, and in 5 years the tiny lapse you may have had won't matter anyway. I don't mean to sound like a Know It All, but really, we work ourselves up over so many things. Think of the energy we could save! :) Give it to Jesus, and while you're at it, could you give him my junk, too. :) (((hugs)))
