For Those Tears I Died

You said you’d come and share all my sorrows
You said you’d be there for all my tomorrows
I came so close to sending you away
But just like you promised,
You came here to stay
I just had to pray...

And Jesus said
"Come to the water and stand by my side
I know you are thirsty
You won’t be denied
I’ve felt every tear drops
when in darkness you cried
I came to remind you
that for those tears I died…"

Here's another version that you can sing along. Check this out at You Tube here.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Liza for sharing that song. Yes, for our tears, for our pain, Jesus died. He's here for us. Without Him, how could we go on living with so much sorrow in our lives? Really, without Him, we wouldn't have Life in the first place. Like Karen said a few days ago..."life is full of disapointments". We can't understand why things happen, but we can still trust God and know that he's a loving, good God. Again, thank you for starting the Johnson Ohana blog. It's really helped me as I reflect and reminisce about Joey's life... and mourn his death. The only comfort is knowing that he's so incredibly happy with our Lord Jesus Chris right now. One day, we will rejoice again together. Yes, we'll get to see Joey playing his guitar and singing at the top of his lungs again one day. What a Joyful day that will be! These days seem so long, but really they're so short compared to eternity. Soon we'll all be praising the Lord TOGETHER... in HIS presence. How awesome will that be?

With Much Love,
Kelly
