Psalm 5: 1-3

Give ear to my words, O LORD,
consider my meditation.
Hearken unto the voice of my cry,
my King, and my God:
for unto thee will I pray.
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning,
O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee,
and will look up.

There's a little bit of anxiety in me. I don't know exactly what's causing it and how to totally stop it. I think there's not one particular reason, but a bunch of "half-done" projects, a couple of important to-do's that I have not done and some miscellaneous concerns about loved ones. The Lord reminded me of this Psalm. It's a beautiful Psalm that I can relate to this morning. I hope you too will be encouraged by it.

thank you for your comment and encouragement on my blog :)

i'm not sure how much you've read ... and i'm not sure i've posted it there, but my brother lives in maui - has for 15+ years or so. NOT anything or anywhere close to God, so i am sure you do not run in the same circles, but i hear it's a fairly small island. i've never been, but perhaps someday. there's an alternative medicine doctor there my brother swears by ... but then again, my brother lives in a VERY different world than i.

ame,

yes, Maui is a small island so it's not impossible that your brother and I might have had met somehow.

The church I go to, HOPE CHAPEL, is a seeker friendly church, so once in a while mention to your brother about it and maybe one of these days he might want to check it out.

yes, a lot of alternative medicine doctors here. A lot of them are in the Paia and Haiku side, althought they are also all over the place.

hope you can visit someday :)
